Do I have to stop using DoorDash or Uber Eats?

No. Keep them for new customers. Your site gives regulars a cheaper way to order, and every order there is one you don't pay commission on.

I already use Square, Toast or Clover. Do I need to switch?

No. If you use Square, we connect ordering to your account. If you use another system that has its own online ordering, we link to it from your site instead.

Who owns the website and the domain?

The domain is registered in your name and stays yours. If you cancel, we help you move it.

Can I change the menu myself?

Yes, from a simple panel on your phone or computer. If you'd rather not, send us a message and we update it, usually within one business day.

Is there a contract?

No long contract. Plans are month to month, and annual billing is available if you prefer to pay once a year.
